Professional, Courteous and Competent

Before omniNET+, we were really in the dark regarding our network and cyber security vulnerabilities.  Since signing up with omniNET+ some of the improvements to our systems and staff include:  Migration to Microsoft 365, Cyber Security Awareness Training for the staff, Multi-Factor Authentication and Password Manager deployment.

omniNET+ is easy to work with.  Jae and his Staff have all been very supportive, easy to understand and thorough.  Jae understands that we have a business to run and works with us to establish a time line that does not disrupt our operations.  In addition, their Help desk is fantastic.  omniNET+ responds immediately to requests.  They remotely connect to our workstations and fix issues very quickly.  If an issue requires them to come on-site, it is a same or next day response.
